Privacy policy

We collect, process and use your data exclusively in the context of legal regulations. The legal regulations can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Act (TMG).

In the context of informing our clients about product innovations etc. we only send you e-mails, if you provide us your e-mail address.

While browsing our websites you stay anonymous, unless you provide us your personal data by choice. We collect data about any access to our offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of the accessing, transported amount of data, notification of successful access, type and version of browser, operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited website), IP address and inquiring provider.

The protocol data is exclusively used for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the offer’s operations, security and optimisation.

We will handle your provided data highly sensitive. Without your explicit approval we will not pass on any personal data, unless we are legally responsible.

This privacy policy exclusively holds for the use of websites which are offered by us. It does not hold for websites of other service providers which we only refer to via an external link.

It may happen that our online offer includes content from third parties, e. g. YouTube videos, material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always requires that the provider of this content (subsequently referred to as „third-party provider“) perceives the user’s IP address, because without this IP address he is not able to send content to the browser of the respective user. Thus, the IP address is necessary in order to display this content.

We attempt to use content whose provider uses the IP address only for sending the content. However, we cannot influence if the third-party provider saves the IP address e. g. for statistical reasons. If we are aware of this, we inform the user about it.

Furthermore, we point out that the transmission of data on the internet can always lead to third parties taking note of your data or manipulating it.

If demanded, we allow you access to data, which has been saved about you, or rather delete it. If you would like to correct, delete or examine data, just send a letter to the address listed in our imprint.
